Men win the Woody Greeno Invite; Women place fourth in the College Division

Lincoln, Neb.- The Colorado School of Mines cross country teams both placed in the top ten at the 2009 Woody Greeno Invite at Pioneer Park hosted by the University of Nebraska. The CSM men were the top team overall and in the College Division. The Oredigger women placed seventh overall and finished fourth in the College Division.
The Oredigger men won their second consecutive meet taking home both the overall title and the College Division title. CSM beat out 26 other squads which included Division I, II and III programs. Three runners for CSM placed in the top ten out of 341 total competitors. Aaron Swift won the College Division race and placed second overall. Ben Zywicki finished fourth in the College Division and placed fifth overall. Nate Hatleback placed seventh overall and finished sixth in the College Division. For complete men's results, click here.
Sydney Laws led the CSM women placing eighth overall out of 266
runners. In the College Division, Laws was the runner-up. Marie
Patton finished fourth in the College Division and 14th in the

The Orediggers will compete at the FHSU Tiger Open on Saturday,
October 10th in Hays, Kansas.
