Moore earns fourth consecutive RMAC Women’s Diver of the Week award

GOLDEN, Colo. - Colorado School of Mines' Sarah Moore has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Diver of the Week as announced this afternoon by the RMAC. This is the fourth consecutive week that Moore has received this honor.

Moore, a freshman from Littleton, Colo. (Chatfield H.S.), posted an NCAA qualifying score for the third time this season at the Orediggers dual meet against Colorado College on Saturday, Nov. 7th. Moore's 3-meter score of 270.90 would have qualified her for the NCAA Championships as she finished first in the event. Moore also placed first in the 1-meter event (242.10).

This season, Moore established three CSM school records at the Rocky Mountain Invitational on her way to qualifying for the NCAA Championships in just her second collegiate meet. Moore won the 1-meter event and the 3-meter event in the six-dive format. Moore scored 274.25 on the 3-meter board to establish a new CSM record. Moore won both the 1-meter (459.50) and 3-meter (512.45) in the 11-dive format. Both scores broke the school record. Moore has posted first-place finishes in both the 1-meter and 3-meter event in all four meets this season.

The Orediggers will compete in the Washington University Thanksgiving Invite in St. Louis, Mo. on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 21st and 22nd.
