2009-10: Named CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American...Part of the 400 Medley Relay that earned Second Team All-RMAC honors and set a new school record (3:26.30) at the RMAC Championships...Garnered Third Team All-RMAC honors as a member of the 200 Medley Relay...Part of the 800 Freestyle Relay that finished sixth and the 200 Freestyle Relay that finished eighth at the RMAC Championships...Placed fourth in the 100 butterfly, fifth in the 200 butterfly and 14th in the 50 freestyle at the RMAC Championships.

2008-09: A team captain...A Third Team All-RMAC selection in the 400 Medley Relay, 800 Freestyle Relay and the 200 butterfly...Member of the 400 medley relay team that finished first at the CSU-Early Bird Invite...Won the 200 freestyle at the Rocky Mountain Invitational...Part of 800 freestyle relay team that placed second in dual meet against Univ. of Wyoming.

2007-08: Lettered on the CSM swimming & diving team...Recipient of the Coaches Award...Swam to victory in the 100 Butterfly at the Rocky Mountain Invitational...A member of CSM's victorious 200 Medley Relay Team against Metro State on Jan. 12th.

2006-07: Lettered on the CSM swimming & diving team.

High School: A four-time letterwinner on the WCHS swimming team...Earned three letters in football.
