Three Orediggers earned post-season honors from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) in 2009-10, including Dale Minschwaner, who was named First Team All-RMAC and East Division Player of the Year. Minschwaner also garnered First Team All-East Division accolades.
Sean Armstrong was a Second Team All-East Division pick and Brett Green, who was named RMAC East Division Freshman of the Year, was a Third Team All-East Division selection. Green's selection as the RMAC East Division Freshman of the Year marked the sixth time that an Oredigger has earned such recognition during Head Coach Pryor Orser's tenure at CSM (Stephen Bahl, 2001-02; Kevin Wagstaff, 2002-03; Ben Mohr, 2004-05; Kyle Pape, 2005-06; Minschwaner, 2008-09).
Orser, who is currently in his ninth year at Mines, was named RMAC East Division Coach of the Year after leading CSM to a share of the RMAC East Division title. The Orediggers established a new single-season program record for conference victories (14) and earned the #1 seed in the East Division for the RMAC Shootout. The 2009-10 campaign also saw the Orediggers register a program-record sixth consecutive winning season.
