Clear Creek Project

Mines student-athletes are as dedicated to sport as they are to academics, and many generous donors have stepped up to the plate to ensure that the Orediggers' venues for practice and game play reflect their dedication to excellence. The four-phased Clear Creek Project began with the renovation of the softball field and construction of James Darden Baseball Field, and continues with construction of a soccer stadium and the Stermole Track & Field Complex. A new football stadium, featuring the Harry D. Campbell synthetic turf field, seating for 6,000 and state-of-the-art amenities, will bolster Mines' competitive edge and provide the Mines community with a spectator experience unsurpassed in the Rocky Mountain West.
